Examining user acceptance and satisfaction of HE’s E-learning platform

The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants user satisfaction (USat) and continuance intention (CoIn) use e-learning platforms in Indonesian universities. More specifically, examines effects system quality (SisQua), information (InfQua), confirmation, perceived usefulness (PU) self-efficacy (SE) on USat CoIn platform. expectation-confirmation model technology acceptance were used test hypotheses with 340 students. This research uses purposive sampling. Surveys administered for college To correlation among variables, structural equation was used. showed that InfQua, PU, SE, service SisQua positively affected USat. data analysis indicates positive effect between SE e-learning. However, InfQua had a negative has several implications higher education (HE). First, increase USat, universities should provide excellent services, technical support training workshops their platforms, including new features functionalities so students can take utmost advantage from them.
